As Manager Ambulante GGZ at ZorgPlus, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing outpatient mental healthcare services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and the delivery of high-quality care to our clients in the Twente, IJsselland, and North Gelderland region.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of mental healthcare professionals
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of outpatient services
- Implement and maintain ZorgPlus's vision and working methods
- Collaborate with other teams and managers across regions
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided to clients
What We Offer

- Experience in a similar role within mental healthcare (GGZ)

- Strong, engaging, and flexible leadership style with a clear vision aligned with ZorgPlus's values
- HBO+ level education
- A people person and connector with positive energy, assertive and results-oriented, who encourages personal responsibility and continuous improvement
- Inspirational and appreciative leadership style, promoting work-life balance, and acting with clarity, openness, honesty, and trust
