As a Home Support Worker at Gors, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized support plans and provide guidance and assistance in various aspects of their daily lives.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, transition, and discharge process of clients
- Develop and implement support plans
- Maintain contact with clients and families
- Provide guidance and support to clients
- Contribute to organizational tasks within a self-managing team
What We Offer
- Part-time contract for 20-24 hours per week
- Permanent contract after one year
- Salary up to € 3,938 (FWG 45)
- Travel allowance for commuting (€ 0.16 per km)

What We Ask
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a strong understanding of social work principles and experience in supporting people with disabilities. You should be flexible, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable HBO work and thinking level, preferably a Social Work degree or equivalent
- Relevant internship or work experience and affinity with the target group(s)
- Ability to work system-oriented
- Flexibility in working hours
- Good knowledge of the social map
- Possession of a driver's license and car
- Digital skills
- Flexibility, independence, and adaptability
- Creativity, entrepreneurship, and perseverance
- Availability on Fridays
