As a Practice Supervisor at Nidos in Ter Apel, you are the coach and mentor for your colleagues, with a focus on youth protection officers. - Organize theme discussions and training sessions

Nidos offers a gross monthly salary based on the Collective Labor Agreement for Youth Care, ranging from €3352,22 to €5036,05 (scale 10) for a full-time contract of 36 hours. A 3.6% salary increase will be implemented on March 1, 2025. As a practice supervisor, you are exempt from caseload, allowing you to fully focus on your role. The initial appointment is for one year, with the possibility of a permanent contract. You will receive a good pension scheme, travel allowance, an end-of-year bonus (8.3%), holiday allowance, and 200 hours of leave (based on 36 hours/week). Nidos provides a laptop and smartphone for you to work from any location. There are also plenty of opportunities for professional development through internal training and courses.

You have an HBO bachelor's degree with a social/societal theme and have an SKJ registration. With your helicopter view, you maintain an overview and set priorities, even in complex situations.
