As a Care & Welfare Assistant in home care, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform household tasks at clients' homes
- Provide support with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Assist nurses with more complex care tasks
- Help clients prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking
- Observe and report any changes in clients' health and well-being
- Document work performed and observations in the care plan
- Support clients in social activities

- Practical knowledge and experience in Care & Welfare
- Partial certificate in Assistant Service Provision Care & Welfare: Individual Basic Care (or willingness to obtain)
