As a Customer Relations Specialist at Profiltra, you'll be a vital part of the Liquid Filtration Solutions department. You'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth order process, contributing to Profiltra's continued growth and development.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise customers on technical filtration solutions
- Manage the complete commercial and logistical process from quote to delivery
- Coordinate purchasing and sales activities
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Monitor delivery times, coordinate schedules, and keep stakeholders informed
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and commercial growth
- Utilize ERP-system Exact for efficient order management

The Ideal Candidate
Profiltra is seeking a results-oriented and responsible individual with relevant work experience in managing order processes and customer relations.
