VDL TIM in Hapert is expanding and looking for Assemblagemonteurs to join their team! We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for quality to work on our brand new, automated line with modern machines.
What you will do
- Assemble complex wheel hubs in a largely automated production line
- Work accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the quality department
- Identify and report potential deviations/problems
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Are you the Assemblagemonteur we're looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assembly Worker who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement. You are a team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and independently. You are eager to learn and develop your skills within a growing company.
- Technical VMBO/MBO education
- Relevant work experience as an assembly worker or equivalent
- Willingness to work in 3 shifts
- Excellent command of English or Dutch
- Good technical understanding (production/assembly experience is a plus)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with the ability to work independently
