As a Personnel Planner for the Surgical Cluster at Ikazia Ziekenhuis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for over 180 colleagues, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and collaborating with managers and colleagues to optimize scheduling processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and maintain personnel schedules in Ortec
- Coordinate schedules with managers and colleagues
- Process leave requests, training days, and meetings
- Resolve last-minute schedule changes and staffing issues
- Contribute to improving the scheduling process

- Salary in FWG 45 (€ 2,982.00 - € 4,015.00 gross per month based on 36 hours)
- Temporary contract for one year with the prospect of a permanent contract

Who You Are
We are looking for an organized and solution-oriented individual with experience in personnel planning. You should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- MBO-4 or HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in personnel planning and scheduling programs (Ortec, DRP, Excel)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity with HIX (preferred)
- Availability for 24 hours per week
