What you will do:

• Daily management of a team on a department with 40 clients
• Monitor quality of care and implement improvements
• Stimulate and coach colleagues to achieve goals
• Responsible for healthy business operations and HR policy execution
• Create and monitor annual plans and manage department budget
• Ensure optimal staffing and a positive work environment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational and tactical policies

• Completed relevant education at HBO level
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager in healthcare (VVT experience is a plus)
• Decisive and assertive personality, proactive and environmentally sensitive
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Demonstrable experience with situational and connecting leadership
• Understanding of group dynamics and the ability to anticipate them
