As a Shift Supervisor in production, you play a vital role in our manufacturing process at BT Nyloplast. You will work closely with three other Shift Supervisors, supporting the Production Manager to ensure efficient and effective production. Safety, quality, and process optimization are key priorities in this role.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to and enforcing company and safety regulations
- Coach, motivate, and develop employees within your team
- Monitor, manage, and execute production processes with a focus on optimization and efficiency
- Assess product quality through visual inspection and random measurements
- Contribute to production planning and achieve production goals
- Report any issues and perform administrative tasks

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate has an MBO work and thinking level, ideally in a technical or production-related field. You have proven experience in a leadership role within a production environment. You are fluent in both Dutch and English, and experience with ERP systems and MS Office is a plus. You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work.
