Are you an expert in GDP legislation with a passion for quality management? DHL Supply Chain Life Sciences & Healthcare is seeking a Responsible Person (RP) to join their team in Nijmegen.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the quality system and internal processes
- Maintain relevant licenses (e.g., Wholesale License) and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
- Conduct supplier assessments, including external audits
- Respond to customers and authorities regarding deviations, changes, and audit follow-up
- Maintain quality processes (e.g., training, internal inspections, complaint management, recall procedures)
- Manage authorized activities and ensure compliance with local legislation
- Document delegated tasks and act as the designated person for storage and distribution of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)
- Ensure that facilities, equipment, and systems involved in the GDP process are and remain qualified
- Review and approve contracts outlining quality responsibilities between clients and contractors
- Train and support personnel involved in GxP processes
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct risk assessments and lead improvement projects for operational and system changes
- Manage the internal audit program

- Academic work and thinking level obtained through education and/or experience
- Thorough knowledge of international GDP and other relevant legislation
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Affinity with commercial and business aspects
- Ability to apply regulations practically
- Proven experience in effectively engaging employees in a large organization
