Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute an efficient month-end closing process
Manage the general ledger administration for multiple Dutch Business Units
Process and journalize payroll and pension entries in SAP
Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and report monthly financial statements
Identify and address bottlenecks in financial processes
Facilitate internal and external audits
Support tax filings (VAT, VPB, WKR)
Coach and mentor team members

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. You are passionate about accounting and have a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
HBO degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
5-8 years of relevant work experience, including experience in a similar role
Experience with SAP (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to process improvement
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Service-oriented mindset and dedication to achieving results
Ability to maintain an overview and prioritize effectively
Coaching skills
Team player with strong collaboration and customer service skills
