As an Administrative Assistant at Succeed in Recovery, you are an essential part of the team. You support the case manager and collaborate with two psychologists and a counseling psychologist. You contribute to the smooth handling of administrative processes and ensure that everything runs without a hitch.
What will you be doing?
- Provide direct support to the case manager in administrative and organizational tasks
- Manage and process client data in the electronic patient system
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and intakes
- Prepare and maintain reports, overviews, and minutes
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters
- Check and archive files and documents
- Act as the first point of contact for administrative questions from clients, colleagues, and institutions

You will also have the opportunity to work flexibly, partly from home in consultation. The initial contract is for 7 months with a prospect of extension upon good performance. There is a 1-month trial period.
What do you bring?
We are looking for a proactive and flexible Administrative Assistant with an MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably with an administrative background. You have experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the healthcare sector. You have an excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with administrative systems, including electronic patient systems. You are accurate, have an eye for detail, and can work independently. You possess strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. You are proactive, flexible, and enjoy contributing to process improvements. You have an affinity with the healthcare sector and respect for privacy-sensitive information (GDPR).
- MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative direction
- Experience in a comparable administrative position, preferably within healthcare
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with administrative systems (electronic patient system)
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Proactive and flexible attitude; you enjoy thinking about improvements
- Affinity with the healthcare sector and respect for privacy-sensitive information (GDPR)
