Your Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop care plans
- Manage and administer medication
- Provide nursing care (if needed)
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and families
- Provide guidance and support to clients
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Manage crisis situations
- Support caregivers

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a diploma in Nursing (MBO Level 4) or Social Work (MBO Level 4). You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with experience in both residential and outpatient settings. Reflective practice and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Diploma in Nursing (MBO Level 4) or Social Work (MBO Level 4)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Enthusiasm for working with both residential and outpatient clients
- Reflective capacity and ability to share responsibility for team tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Creativity, humor, and a sense of perspective
- Awareness of personal boundaries and ability to communicate them effectively
- Extensive relevant work experience in psychiatry (preferred)
- High level of responsibility
