Are you passionate about working with young people and helping them unlock their potential? As an Activity Coordinator at De Catamaran, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging environment for young people facing developmental challenges.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise (creative) activities tailored to the interests and developmental goals of young people
- Motivate young people to participate in activities and enhance their social skills
- Collaborate with colleagues and other disciplines to provide the best care

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate and creative Activity Coordinator to join our team at De Catamaran. You have experience working with young people and a genuine desire to support their development and resilience. You are a team player who can work independently and bring fresh ideas to our activity program.
- Completed MBO education in a relevant field (e.g., activity guidance or social work)
- Experience working with young people and affinity with complex needs
- Creativity in developing engaging activities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
