Are you a dedicated Nurse or Mental Healthcare Professional passionate about empowering young people? At De Catamaran, you'll make a daily impact by providing intensive support and treatment to youth with complex needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide structure and safety to young people with psychiatric and behavioral issues
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with colleagues and the youth
  • Identify and report developments and observations during treatment
  • Guide group activities focused on development and recovery
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a dedicated Nurse or Mental Healthcare Professional to guide young people towards a resilient future. You will provide intensive guidance and treatment to young people facing complex challenges at De Catamaran. You are a resilient individual with strong communication and observation skills, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

  • Completed MBO or HBO education in Nursing or a relevant field within mental healthcare
  • BIG-registered or demonstrable experience working with young people with complex needs
  • Resilient, strong communicator, and keen observer
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and adaptable to unexpected situations in a dynamic environment
