As an OMS Champion at DHL Supply Chain in Tiel, you will play a crucial role in shaping the operational landscape by managing and developing the 'way of working' for our Operations Management System (OMS). You will be responsible for bridging the gap between DHL Global's vision and the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of OMS principles.
Your Responsibilities
- Train site leaders on the Operations Management System
- Provide leadership development training
- Participate in stand-up meetings and Gemba walks on the work floor
- Manage the culture dashboard
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We Offer
- Full-time position (32-40 hours negotiable) in day shift
- Salary between € 3,506.89 and € 4,600,- with growth potential up to € 5,505.87 gross per month (based on experience)
- Minimum 25 vacation days, expandable to 39 days per year (full-time)
- 8% vacation allowance
- Travel allowance

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong communication and persuasive skills, capable of engaging all levels of the organization. You have a solid understanding of Lean Management principles or have gained significant experience in a supervisory or process management role within a warehouse environment.
- Proactive and able to motivate all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Knowledge of Lean Management or extensive experience as a supervisor or process manager in a warehouse environment
