What will I be doing?
Your tasks
Responsibilities
Delivering production lines, production processes, and practical solutions
Continuous improvement and troubleshooting
Translating new processes into work instructions
Providing technical guidance to production staff
Monitoring production data and performing analyses
Conducting feasibility studies and implementing new machines/equipment
Developing concepts and ideas into functional designs
Acting as the technical point of contact for machining processes, automation, and process control
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Production Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Ideally, you have experience in a production environment, particularly as a Work Planner, Production Engineer, or Process Engineer. You are comfortable with troubleshooting and creating work instructions. You are a self-starter and team player with strong persuasion skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Experience with automation and CAD and/or CAM software is a plus, as is practical affinity and experience with machining techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Relevant work experience in a production environment, preferably as a Work Planner, Production Engineer, or Process Engineer
Experience in troubleshooting and creating work instructions
Self-starter and team player with strong persuasion skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
Experience with automation and CAD and/or CAM software (preferred)
Practical affinity and experience with machining techniques (preferred)
Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and confidence as a team player
Experience with time management and structured work planning
